Pregnancy is powerful, raw, and beautiful — but let’s be real, it can feel like a rollercoaster too. That’s where I come in. Think of me as your calm in the chaos, your cheerleader when you need a boost, and your go-to for evidence-based support (and maybe a well-timed joke or two).

I’m here to make sure you feel confident, cared for, and totally in charge of your birth story. Together, we’ll create a space where you feel safe, respected, and celebrated — because bringing new life into the world should feel empowering, not overwhelming.

Why I became a doula....

I became a doula because I kept hearing birth stories filled with fear, uncertainty, and a lack of support — and I knew it didn’t have to be that way. Every birthing person deserves to feel safe, respected, and empowered in their experience. Becoming a doula was my way of helping rewrite those stories, turning them into moments of strength, love, and confidence.

Learn movements, positions, and breathing techniques to stay comfortable and confident during pregnancy and birth. Partners are welcome! Most doula packages include 2 classes, or drop in anytime to join our group sessions.

  • A birth doula provides emotional, physical, and informational support throughout pregnancy, birth, and the early postpartum period. My role isn’t to replace your partner or medical team — it’s to help you feel calm, informed, and supported so you can make the choices that feel right for you.

  • Not at all. Every birth looks different, and I support them all — home births, hospital births, VBACs, and scheduled C-sections. My goal is to walk beside you, wherever and however you choose to give birth.

  • Doctors and midwives focus on your medical care, while I focus on your overall experience — your comfort, confidence, and emotional well-being. I bridge the gap between clinical care and personal support, so you feel fully seen and heard.

  • Many families reach out early in pregnancy, but I can join your journey at any stage. The sooner we connect, the more time we’ll have to build a strong relationship and prepare together.

  • Absolutely! In fact, partners often feel more confident with a doula on their team. I’ll support both of you, offering guidance and reassurance so your partner feels empowered to participate in ways that feel natural and meaningful.

  • Each package offers a mix of prenatal visits, on-call availability, birth support, postpartum check-ins, and wellness extras like ultrasound scans and placenta encapsulation discounts. The main difference between packages is the level of ongoing postpartum support and the bonus services included — so you can choose what best fits your needs.
